Help Bella

Please help me help my poor baby. We were in the yard playing ball this afternoon and Bella heard motorcycles coming. I tried to stop her and ran after her screaming but she never even looked back and was hit. The motorcyclist didn't even stop, he went down the road and checked his bike and drove off. I rushed Bella to the emergency vet and thankfully she is ok but had a badly broken leg. The surgery to fix it is quoted any where from 2800-3700 and 680 for her xrays, pain meds and stay. I just don't have that money right now, we are in a mortgage and can not take out a loan before closing which could be up to 45 days. They require payment upon release. I'm at a loss here.
