Elizabeth's teaching in Ireland

Elizabeth has an amazing opportunity to do her student teaching in Ireland.  She has been assigned to teach in the western region of Ireland.  This trip will give her the extraordinary opportunity to live within and experience another culture, to learn about Ireland and become a part of the community, and to meet the amazing people of Ireland.  While there she will be teaching in a local school and living with a local family.  She will learn about the day-to-day Irish life.   This will be a great cultural exchange which will allow her to learn from a new perspective; and she will be able to take the strategies, history, and cultural knowledge that she gains and share it with her classrooms when she returns.  We couldn't ask for a more exciting way to finish up her studies at Indiana University.  

The only damper is getting there.  She could use your help.   If you are able to contribute to her trip, we would be extremely grateful.   If you don't have the means to help financially, you can help by spreading the word about her needs and keeping her in your prayers (for her financial needs and her safe travels).
