The Harvest for Humanity team has identified deserving women in Haiti to receive the first ever Women In Technology Educational Scholarships. These donations will provide them with the opportunity to reach their dreams.
The Jabra Women's Network is proud to announce that we'll be sponsoring Faviona in her quest to educate herself. A new community within Jabra, the Women's Network is comprised of women with a passion not only to develop talent within our organisation, but also to inspire the next generation of technically-minded women. Faviona shares this same passion for the next generation: she wants to become a teacher to inspire and guide others through their own journeys, as well as being passionate about technology. What a perfect combination! Faviona's history is testament to the fact that she does not give up easily: when lack of resources made it very difficult to plan an annual celebration at school, Faviona pushed through and made the celebration happen anyway. That determination and internal power will secure her success in life, and we want to help her along in the journey. Sadly, despite her determination, Faviona is without the opportunity to go to school, as her family cannot afford to send both her and her elder brother. Her passion to make things happen herself is so inspirational; we love her ‘can do’ attitude and want to use the power of our global network to help her achieve her dreams.

The CRA recognizes and will accept the receipt for tax purposes; it may also be accepted by your country, subject to its tax and revenue laws. For any other donors, your donation is gratefully accepted as a personal gift. Be assured that 100% of your gift will go directly to the individual named.
