First and foremost, thank you for taking time out of your day and stopping by this page. We write this with broken hearts an in disbelief of this absurd situation. Still in shock, we cannot find the words to express the wave of emotions swirling within. Only he, our dear brother, would have delivered the perfect concoction of words to place on this page.
My brother, Juan Fausto, and his best friend, Juan Rivas, left this world due to an automobile accident that occurred on December 18th, 2014. Our brother Juan was two weeks away from his 21st birthday. He was extremely excited for this, particularly since it would be the first time he would include his girlfriend, Emily, in the celebration. Besides being a philosophy student at Pasadena City College, he was also a Sales Representative at RadioShack in Glendora. If our brother was not busy taking care of business he was 100% of the time at the gym. On his free time he would workout and hang out with Juan Rivas, our cousins, and other friends.
These past three months that he dated Emily were the best of his life, no doubt, and we thank her for bringing him happiness and joy. Juan was the most determined, strongest, and wittiest person anyone could ever come across. He had a very interesting sense of humor and as any 20 year old, he loved to do things just "for the thrill of it." He was a mature son, wonderful brother, and sweet uncle. He left many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends here that are thankful for having the opportunity to have met him. These past years he felt invincible, accomplished, healthy and in love.
Our brother Juan Fausto is an organ donor. He has left us sadden and distraught, nevertheless he has given life and hope to others in need of a miracle. He is our Super Man. We love you both Juan’s and know that we will get to see you again in the end.
Thank you all for your help and support. We want to inform you that half of the proceeds will go to the Rivas’ family.
