My Dear Friends & Family!
Ah! It’s funny to me, the concept of writing a letter asking for support when I feel as though I’ve already received so much support from all of you already! You have each been such an enormous encouragement to me & I cannot thank you enough for your words of wisdom and bits of advice throughout this process. And to some of you just for taking the time to listen to me ramble about my scattered dreams for my future.
But now everything has finally begun to come together! It’s been decided that I will be leaving for Ljungskile, Sweden on the 14th of January (2015) in order to study prayer and theology through YWAM at their Restenäs base (http://www.ywamrestenas.se) through their MDST (Mobile Discipleship Training School) located there. I’ll be in Sweden for three months taking college level theology classes and then for three months after that I’ll be in another country on outreach doing more hands-on missions’ work. I won’t know what the second country is until after I’ve been in Sweden for about two weeks, as they generally like to pray about where we’ll go as a group.
I have no doubts about God’s provision if this is where He wants me. Looking at all the numbers, it’s projected I’ll still need $3,000 in support money, so whatever you can do to help, whether that be $5 or $500, is greatly appreciated.
