Fight for Oliver

PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END AND SHARE WITH EVERYONE YOU KNOW, I BEG OF YOU. Oliver Kaiden Straza-Reynolds, how I love you so much and would give you the world if I could amend the current parental rights regulations.
Dear family, friends and anyone with a desire to help make a change: This page was made to educate its readers about paternal rights and bring attention to the errors in our system, and to also gain support from my peers and others in the community regarding my personal struggle to obtain rights to my son. Unfortunately, in order to correct the current system and laws given to fathers, so many other men and I must pay attorneys just to gain access for contact and visits of the children with whom we yearn to be reunited.
I am a corporal in the Marines, and have served this great country for over 4 years. Upon Oliver's conception, I have fought to go to doctor's appointments, his birth day at delivery, his first birthday, and just to be a part of his growing life. After a long, hard fight with many barriers in between, I was able to meet him twice, and then awarded time and visitation with Oliver to travel to my sister's wedding. Oliver was able to meet his many aunts, uncles, cousins, great grandfather, and friends who have known me since I was just a one year old. We had a great time, and this experience just fueled my fire to be with him and hopefully raise him in a peaceful environment co-parenting with his mother. I have been totally dedicated in giving all I have to gain her trust and gain my rights to my son. I have given time, patience, a ton of heartache, and of course all the money I could come up with to this cause. Not only is accessibility a difficult feat for me, but with a court order the expectations were that she supplied any/all health related prescriptions and travel documents at the time but refused everything, without any legal reprimand from the law. Some of these included supplying me with his birth certificate, his asthma medicine, the equipment to go along with it, other prescribed medication and normal day to day needs specifically for Ollie that is unique to his well being. After ordered by a judge to release my son to me with everything my sweet boy needed for our long trip, I was refused all necessities. Fortunately aside from his allergy medication that remained a secret from me until our return, my family and I were able to aquire all that we believed to be the complete necessities for my loving boy to have what he needed for his health. My goal is not to disprove Samantha's mothering capabilities, but to build a case for myself in having all possible rights as his father. I am a good man who yearns to teach my son football and wrestling, take him to his first day of school, wipe his tears when he is hurting, pick him up and brush him off when he falls and be a constant father in his life through and through. Sadly, Oliver has not had this influence in his short life up to this point. He deserves a stable home for the rest of his childhood, and a father who loves him endlessly, which I already do.
I am humbly and respectfully asking for everyone's help to reach out to Oliver so he never has to grow up without me. My lawyers had given me until October 10, 2019 to pay a portion of my debt or they will be forced to remove themselves from the case and my chances of making Oliver's life better will be a dramatically decreased. We were able to raise just enough so they don't have to withdraw at this time but we still need help to keep this situation from occuring again as the attorney debt climbs the closer we get to our final hearing. Everyone of you helping means the world since I can not take out any more loans or credit cards. The last minute mooted apeals and refusals for our trip increased my fees, and I'm committed to do all that I can for the finances needed, however, as a Proud Marine, taking extra time in my day to earn this money is very limited. I have taken out credit cards, loans, canceled everything but a car note and phone bill and left just enough money to eat. If you cannot donate, and your heart moves you to do so, please share this to those so we can make a change in a broken system. Please help us move forward in this new era where great fathers are taking a stand to have legal and equal rights to custody/visitation of our children. We live in a time where so many positive changes are taking place, let's make this the next one. Thank you everyone for your time and support, not only for Oliver and me, but for many men fighting the same battle.
God Bless America.
Respectfully Yours,
Corporal Reynolds, Aaron S.
