Father's Day Tragedy

Donation protected
My friend, someone who is more like a brother to me and was there for me when I had nowhere else to go, has just lost his father on Father's Day of all days.
His dad, Kevin Crumblin, was murdered by his estranged partner. Although managing to flee to a near by service station where paramedics attended to his injuries, they were unable to save him. Kevin left behind children, one of which is my best friend, named after his father, Kevin and two little girls Eve 12 and Millie 8.
Kevin and his partner already share 4 children full-time between them and have now taken on Kevin's two little sisters and raising them as their own. This takes them from a family of 6 to a family of 8, without any warning. Kevin is a mechanic and sole income earner, his partner is a stay at home mum now taking care of 6 children. Their house only has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is way too small for 8 people. Their car only has 7 seats, so family outings will now only be possible with two cars. Kevin's half sisters will have to be enrolled in a new school, requiring new uniforms, school books and stationary. Not to mention that a family of 8 is costly all round, groceries, rent, electricity, rego and more.  This horrible tragedy has left everyone devastated and also anxious. Kevin's little sisters, having lost both parents, are entitled to funeral help, which we didn't know until now.
Therefore, we would like to redirect the money already donated and hopefully money that still will be donated, to Kevin and his now family of 8. We want to be able to help fund a rental bond for a bigger, more suitable home, for new uniforms and school equipment for the girls and if possible an 8 seater car to ease the stress of having to take two cars on future family outings.
This is where I would like to ask for your continued help. I would like to raise as much money as possible to help this beautiful family, who have had to endure such a horrific tragedy, to somehow get back on their feet.
If you could donate even just $1 to help Kevin and his sisters it would be more appreciated then words could say.
With this fundraiser I would also like to advocate for all domestic violence survivors, men and women. Domestic violence is NOT ok! Help put a stop to this, speak out, speak out for someone who you know needs help before another father, mother, brother or sister has to pay with their life.
