Our friend Paul is seeking financial assistance towards costs associated in his quest for shared legal and physical custody of his beautiful daughter Alexis.
We/He believes every child deserves the best of both parents. We/He also believes a father has rights as well.
But due to the relationship that now exists with the mother, since they are not together still as a couple, there has been much slandering that is affecting how his time is being spent with his daughter.
Currently, he's been limited to when he can talk and spend time with her. He sees her only 10 days a month, He's only allowed to talk to her on a strict one-hour period in the morning, 7-8 AM and evening, 7-8 PM. He's currently not allowed to be alone with his child, or take her out for the day, unless accompanied by one of her mother’s family members, and only if they are available. This is an imposed schedule, not court ordered.
We all hope to resolve this costly and distressful circumstance respectfully through the family court system, since he's been summoned to court by her mom on May 5th. Your support will assist toward allowing his daughter the opportunity to receive the love and emotional support she deserves from both parents, with all rights being respected.
