Father facing job loss

Donation protected
So I have a wonderful father who is in a tough spot. I don't know how to help him , and this is the only thing I could think of at the moment to help buy him some time. I don't know if it will be successful, but I'm willing to risk that for the small chance that this could alleviate a small amount of the huge amount of stress on his back right now. What's happening to my father Is something that no one as dedicated and loyal as him should have to go through, and I am at a loss with resources to help with what's going on. This may be a long one so hang with me.

So my father has been working with a company for the past 7 years, maintaining an admirable and notable position as a sales supervisor with consistent performance and perfect attendance. He has been long overworked and underpaid with this company who is known to take advantage of its employees, who they could not care less about. Recently he was given a new work load that no human being could sustain on their own, and with a new management team that came in, has decided they no longer value his services. So on top of setting him up to fail, they have found a loophole to ensure that they are able to push him out of his position without having to give any recognition, or a severance to help him be able to keep the roof over his head. His options are to take a demotion, which pays half of what he makes now,, or walk without unemployment pay. Either one he takes, he won't be able to afford his monthly expenses for the next month , or even two, while he desperately seeks another place of employment. These people who are doing this to him have no regard for his perfect history of work ethics and performance, they do not care the amount of hours upon extra hours he has put in to stay afloat, and they simply don't care. They are doing this to all the employees and swapping out the veteran employees for a new fresh team (that they are also forcing my dad to train) so basically he is training the people to take his place, and he knows it. This entire thing is so incredibly unfair and inhumane , it truly deserves a lawsuit, but considering this is a large corporation with all the tricks up their sleeve, it is unlikely that a suit would end in his favor, even if he had the money and time to file one. The thing is, these crooks aren't giving any time for him to even find another job, nor are the going to give him recognition for 7 straight years of almost perfect performance and dedication. It breaks my heart.. he is a GOOD person, and a wonderful grandfather. He just doesn't deserve any of this.

So with all that being said, I hate begging. I believe gofund me is a godsend for certain situations but I have never been one to appreciate beggars, but when someone gets hit with a huge life blow like this, and isn't sure how they are going to survive in the next month or so that it takes to find new work that would pay enough to keep his rental contract, I don't know what other options but to ask and reach out to friends and family for help. Even if you can't afford a huge donation, a bunch of little ones could make a difference. Even prayer.

Side note that I wasn't sure I wanted to include but I need to, I am also on the rental contract with my dad and have been for four years. I will always have a place to go with my daughter so I am not concerned about being homeless with her, but if the rental agreement gets broken here that will ruin my rental history (and his) and be extremely hard for me to rent in the future with my daughter once I get on my feet. I'm a single mom as of now, looking for my own ways to get back into the work force but with daycare costs I have been limited. This is just a difficult Situation that effects me And my daughters future as well.

Please share with anyone you know, if you can't offer financial donations please consider keeping my family in your prayers. That would mean a lot in itself and i do apologize for the long winded novel. Thank you for reading through it :)
