Father and Son Boat Fire Victims

Donation protected

On July 4th, 2020 my husband and I witnessed a horrific boat fire involving a father his 13 year old son at Peachtree Landing in Socastee, which is located in Myrtle Beach, SC. Both victims were flown out to the burn center in Georgia that same day.

Jose, the father received 3rd degree burns on his legs. He’s already underwent a surgical procedure,  and will have to undergo another procedure soon.  Jose doesn’t have any insurance and all the medications and equipment for recovery are not covered by the hospital.

Aquiles however suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns on 50% of his body. He has completed 2 skin implant surgeries, and still has more to complete. The hospital is expecting him to be there for at least another month.

With hospital expenses, food, travel, and lodging, I am kindly asking for any help that could be given to this sweet family. These expenses add up, and the family is trying to stay with Aquiles while he undergoes these surgeries.

Thank you for reading and for your donations. The family and I ask for your continued prayers. Our Father God has them in his hands and I strongly believe he will heal them!
