<div>Aufgrund der aktuellen Vorgaben des Regionalverbands Saarbrücken entstehen bereits im Vorfeld Kosten von rund 5.000 Euro – allein dafür, dass der Umzug überhaupt genehmigt und gestartet werden darf. Diese Summe umfasst unter anderem Sicherheitsauflagen, organisatorische Maßnahmen und weitere verpflichtende Ausgaben.
