Help Gabriel Fight Cancer!

33 year old Gabriel Pop, the mastermind behind Eladio's Chocolate Adventures, has recently been diagnosed with Stage 2 Stomach Cancer. Gabriel has been through tough times in his life but nothing compares to this fight with cancer. 5 years ago, he lost 1 of his legs in a traffic accident while attending a cacao farmers workshop. He overcame that and went on to continuing his passion for the cacao industry, with 1 leg, forming the Na'lu' Um Cacao Institute  and works with farmers in both Toledo and Stann Creek Districts. He has been instrumental in the start up of leading cacao  associations in Toledo, Belize. His family's contribution to the Chocolate Festival of Belize has been phenomenal as Toledo has now become the Chocolate capital of Belize, through people like Gabriel. Gabriel has his beautiful Wife and 3 sons all under 13 years that he wished to see grow up and contribute positively to Belize's development. With his mastermind of Eladio's Chocoalate Adventure, his family business have recieved guests from around the world who come to experience how chocolate is made the traditional and authentic Mayan way.  We all need need Gabriel to get better soon so that he can continue his work in Belize and to continue being the great family man he is!
