Newcastle University Fashion Society Fashion Show

Newcastle University Fashion Society is organizing its second Fashion Show in March 22nd, 2020. As our university does not offer fashion and design related courses, we fill that gap. We want our show to be improved since last year and to achieve the best performance, we need external investors. Our theme for this year's show is 'Zero Waste', which is really important in today's world, having in mind that a lot of world-famous designers create clothes that highlights different environmental problems. Our show will reflect our own and member's concerns about the future of the planet and society.  We want to protest the political indifference of our leaders to the incredible waste of resources, which results in crippling fear of wasting our future. Additional funding would mean we can hire professional lighting, provide models with brand new make up and many more. All of this would contribute to a higher quality and satisfaction from the guests of the show. The more funds we get, the more professional the show would be meaning that our members, who form the production team, would get the most experience from the event and learn skills close to those that they would develop through the real fashion industry.  We are ready to bring in all we have and collaborate with those who inspire us to evaluate our ideas more than ever before. You can contribute to this experience as well by donating a pound to our society.
