Update: for those interested..
We were admitted around 11pm last night. They immediately put her on oxygen and 2 ivs as her o2 levels were at 80 and she was extremely dehydrated and lethargic and not responding to stimuli. They kicked me out of the room around 4 this morning to insert a breathing tube as she was still working way too hard to take a breath. (80-100x per min). I just got back in the room, she is sedated and I can no longer pick her up to hold her. Aside from all that, they still do not know what is wrong with her. They are running blood and urine tests to look for viruses, but mainly chalking it up to respiratory issues. That’s all I know for now. My poor sweet girl. She’s fighting so hard. Got a full diagnosis. She has pneumonia and rsv. They put a central line in to her heart this morning.
