Farmers Christmas run

Hi. My name is Brooke, I'm from a small town in Victoria I live with my husband Chris and our pets on land. For the past 12 months we have been gathering donations of food, schooling materials such as books pencils pens etc kids gifts , socks , iga vouchers , pet food etc . We did a delivery last December to packsaddle , broken hill and silverton, learnt a lot from the farmers and their families about what is really going on for them , how the government really does do nothing for them and hard they are making it for our farmers, we are doing the run again this year and wish to take more, you can check out our FB page called the Farmers Run and see the trip last year my hubby and I did, we are once again looking for donations for our farmers we gave the money to them directly that we raised last year. We restocked our supplies for another 6 families in packsaddle nsw from the broken hill iga do the money went back into the community, we handed out over 500 dollars of iga vouchers , thousand of dollars of food, pet food which we found was so desperately needed so we want to buy more and hope for more donations, we also had massive amounts of sanitary items too which were fantastic, I hope you can find it in your hearts to help us help them I know how greatful these beautiful families are because they really are doing it rough.
