Tom McLean, the father of Caroline and Sam McLean, passed away on June 21st. This fund was established for his children if friends or family wish to donate in lieu of flowers.
(Additional Information required by Gofundme.) This scholarship fund will be managed by Amy McLean of Charlotte, NC, Tom's wife and Caroline and Sam's mom. The funds will be divided equally between Caroline and Sam and deposited into their pre-existing 529 savings accounts. The funds will be used by Caroline and Sam exclusively for educational expenses, which may also include room and board expenses while attending college.
