Family's last wish

Hello friends and family. In October 2016 I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was given 3-6 months to live. I was lucky that I found an oncology surgeon who was brave enough to perform the surgery and remove the tumor which was classified as non resectable. My surgery was in February 2017 and that surgery gave me a chance to enjoy my life for much longer and be with my beloved family (Kasia, Josh and Kaya). We were informed that the kind of the cancer we were dealing with was a very fast progressing form of pancreatic cancer and I would possibly have a little over a year to live. A week ago I found out the cancer has spread to my lungs and liver and they spotted a 5cm tumor growing back in the pancreatic bed. The prognosis I was given is devastating (6 to 8 months). I keep fighting in many ways trying to stay around my beautiful children for as long as possible. In the meantime trying to remember that we need to hope for the best but prepare for the worst. If the worst means I would not be here for much longer I would love to take this last trip with my family to make some extraordinary memories together. The kids always dreamt about visiting Disney World Universal Studios or Seaworld. One of those vacations that seemed to always be put off and had on our bucket list of things to do.
