Family that's lost everything in fire

my name is jodie I'm trying to raise as much as I can to help a family that's been made homeless with no belongings they have a baby and a little girl and out of there mind trying to figure out what happens next, they had to be rescued from the flat with no shoes and just the clothes they had on,they have now been chucked from pillar to post and no answers from the council
