Family Support for LaToya Acree

Hello all...my name is Shana Parrish and I am the baby sister of LaToya Acree. It's difficult to even do this right now. I am starting this fundraiser to help my sisters family and for funeral costs. Every bit helps and we are thankful and appreciative in advance.

My sister was taken from us this past Saturday due to gun violence and she leaves behind 3 kids and a beautiful granddaughter. This news hit us all so unexpectedly. Toya was so full of life and doing everything that she had set her mind to. My sister had an amazing voice and wasn't afraid to bless anyone with it either! She loved to help people...was going to school to be a social worker. I know my sister loved me because she made it a point to say it every chance she got. However before her passing we hadn't spoken spoken in a couple months, but I would spy her social media pages and see her living her dreams! I was so proud of her and her boldness. Toya did not bite her tongue one bit, but she was a joy to be around. A true gem and I will never find another like her. Thank God for bringing her into my life 12 years ago and my life won't be the same without her, but she would want me to live on and be bold and free! I love you to life my beautiful sister! I will never let go! Keep shining your light down her on us!
