Family of 5 Hurricane recovery fund

My 24 year old daughter Ashlynn’s  family of five lost everything except the clothes on their back during Hurricane Florence. She had to flee her house, while on maternity leave, when the roof caved in flooding the entire house. Everything was destroyed. Her 3 children ranging from 4 to newborn have nothing and will need to return to preschool soon. Any help is appreciated. Please feel free to share.
