Hi, my name is Bhav and I'm raising funds for my best friend of 15 years, Nishu.
On Thursday, August 9th there was a freak explosion that not only destroyed her beloved home but took the life of her father.

My best friend is the most kind-hearted, hardest working person I know, and she is constantly putting others before herself. She is one of the main caretakers of her family and this home meant a lot to her as she worked very hard to earn it.
My best friend was supposed to get married early next week, but it is likely that she will have lost everything in the fire, including her wedding and bridesmaid dresses and other items of importance and sentimental value.
On behalf of my friend and her family, I hope to raise at least $5,000 within the next three weeks in order to help replace important things needed to take care of the family's basic needs, and to repurchase the items for the wedding. If this goal can be reached through the kindness of others, it will grant my best friend and her family with the means necessary to take the time to grieve.
