FAMILY IN NEED FROM THE MULLICA HILL TORNADO

My good friends The Bly’s are in desperate need of almost everything for a home as their home is no longer habitable due to the Mullica Hill tornado on 9/1/21. As of right now there doesn’t seem to be any financial help through Red Cross or FEMA in NJ (they have been trying to call and keep getting the run around). They are paying for hotel rooms out of pocket and all food consumption is via restaurants/ fast-food which is costly and we all know during these hard times there is no extra money for any emergencies or disasters. They are a family of 4 with a 12 year old boy who starts school next week. I have put the amount at $20k not that we are expecting anything near that but please remember they have lost everything. All clothing, beds, sofas, electronics, pictures, etc. Literally everything. As they are staying in a hotel right now there wouldn’t be room for physical donations but definitely could use the financial portion. Please donate any amount. Venmo @lia-bly or through here.

"Honestly thank you so much for the outpouring of well wishes and love. I never in my life imagined being put in a situation like this me and my son were in the kitchen making dinner and dancing and singing to Michael Jackson and then next minute running into the laundry room and hearing so much chaos opening the door and you saw the pictures. I lived in that house for 31 years and now it's gone. I hate even asking because I know that you all have families and responsibilities and stresses that you have to deal with, so if you are able at all to donate anything even if it's a dollar it would be valued. Even if you're unable to do anything just the fact that you took the time out of your busy schedules to message me and check on me and I continuing to do so means the world to me because though our family is physically okay not too certain on the mental and emotional part of it all."
