<div>Our other son suffered a severe knee dislocation and, despite one and a half months passing, he remains on crutches and is unable to fully bear weight. My husband, Patrick, has been diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis as well as Medullary Thyroid Cancer, which has metastasized and is genetically inherited. Unfortunately, our younger two children have also been affected by this condition, but after total thyroidectomy procedures, their current status is undetectable.

We are presently behind on mortgage payments and regular monthly bills, in addition to managing outstanding medical expenses.
