Family Cortina - Medical expenses

Marino is a doctor in his native Mexico and he had been working as Security Guard for a private company in Chicago; as it often happens, Marino was laid off and on the same week he got sick, was taken to the emergency room and the Doctors found he had a small heart attack and in the midst of all the tests made to him, they realized that his heart attack was caused because he had been suffering of renal failure.
At this time Marino’s kidneys are working only at a 2%, he is undergoing dialysis four times a week and ultimately he will need a kidney transplant.
The health insurance as it often happens, will not cover all the expenses for the procedure and the transplant.
Because of the loss of Marino’s job and with only one income coming in, they cannot pay all the bills and put food in the table at the same time. Marino and his family are leaving the home where they had been living for the last four years because they cannot afford to pay the rent anymore, they are forced to move to Texas to live with some family members while they wait for the donor and Marino recovers enough to be able to join the work force again but this is going to be a long and expensive recovery.
And to make matter worst, their car broke down and of course they don’t have the money to repair it; Marino’s wife makes the effort to leave the house early in the morning to take public transportation to go to work and this lives Marino to go and have the dialysis for himself, sometimes they get the help of a friend driving Marino to the hospital but we understand that people got their own commitments so most of the time Marino has to take Uber and this adds another un-needed expense to the already struggling income.
I am setting up this GoFundMe page asking for your contribution to help this family in urgent need. The funds raised will help with 1) get a car in good condition to make the move from Chicago to Texas. 2) Cover the expenses to put food in the table. 3) Help them get settle and contribute to the household and 4) Be able to support themselves while Marino’s wife finds a new job in Texas.
Please, this is a very urgent need since the Marino family need to make the move as soon as possible.

Marino es un medico en su tierra native de Mexico y estaba trabajando como guardia de seguridad para una compa#ia privada en Chicago, como muchas veces pasa, Marino perdio su trabajo y en la misma semana que esto paso, se sintio muy mal, lo llevaron a urgencias y los doctors detectaron que habia tenido un ataque al Corazon y tambien realizaron que fue provocado por falla renal que el habia estado sufriendo.
En estos momentos, los ri#ones de Marino estan trabajando a solo un 2% de su capacidad y le estan hacienda dialysis cuatro veces a la semana. La aseguranza medica con la que cuentan no cubrira todos los gastos del procedimiento y no pagara el transplante.
Solo la esposa de Mario trabaja pero esto no es suficiente para cubrir todas las facturas, renta y comida asi que estan forzados en dejar su casa donde han vivido los ultimos cuatro a#os, moverse de Chicago a Texas y vivir con unos familiares mientras esperan por el donador de ri#on, el transplante y despues la recuperacion total de Marino para que pueda trabajar y sabemos que este va a ser un largo camino.
Y para hacer las cosas mas mal, su carro se les descompuso y no cuentan con el dinero para repararlo, la esposa de Marino sale muy temprano para tomar transporte publico para irse a trabajar Marino se queda solo y algunas veces algun amigo lo lleva a su dialysis pero sabemos que la gente tiene sus compromisos y la mayoria de las veces Marino tiene que tomar un Uber para ir al hospital para su procedimiento y esto es un gasto extra que no se necesita.
Estoy abriendo esta pagina de GoFundMe para pedir sus contribuciones para ayudar a esta familia en esta situacion tan urgente. Los fondos levantados serviran para 1) Agarrar un carro en buena condicion que les permita manejar de Chicago a Texas. 2) Cubrir los gastos para tener comida. 3) Ayudarlos a que se instalen y contribuyan con los gastos de la casa donde los acogeran. 4) Que puedan mantenerse mientras la esposa de Marino encuentra un nuevo trabajo en Texas.
Esta es una urgencia en ayudar porque como dije Marino y su familia necesitan hacer el movimiento de Chicago a Texas lo mas pronto possible.
