Family Cat Treatment

We've recently discovered that our family cat, Wall-E had been bloated and not acting like himself. Usually, he'd always love on us or play with other cats and us. If we were upset, or he even thought we were, he'd always run over to rub on us and try and make us feel better, and eating was his favorite thing to do. When he stopped doing these things, we knew something was up. We took him to the vet and he got his ultrasound done. Turns out, he had a mass in his gut and fluids surrounding that mass. The vets did blood tests and sent a sample of the fluids to the lab and it turns out that he has FIP, or Feline Infectious Paritonitis. This means that the mass cannot be surgically removed, and if not treated can be fatal. Our only hope is an 84 day treatment which has a 85-95% success rate of curing FIP and making the mass go away, letting us keep our boy longer. However, each vial (a three day treatment per vial) is $110 each. Some friends and Family have helped us earn around $500, which is about 12 days worth of treatment.
