GT Water (gtwater.org) has a long history in Les Cayes, Haiti providing clean water to thousands of families, schools, and churches. With the recent 7.2 magnitude earthquake and tropical storm in Haiti, the need is enormous in this community.

Fortunately, all of GT Water Haiti's personnel are safe and hard at work. To help Haitian Families immediately, they are distributing up to 3000 Family Relief Packs to families in need.
A Family Relief Pack may include:
Gravity Powered Water Filter Systems
Tarps
Antibacterial Soap
Smile Kits for dental hygiene
Coloring Books, colored pencils, and soccer balls (for the children)
GT Water has sourced materials and procured air cargo space for rapid delivery. Materials are landed directly into the disaster zone at the Antoine-Simon Airport in Les Cayes and met by the GT Water Team. (The first shipment arrived on August 19th with more shipments scheduled.)
Expediting materials and air freight (even at a non-profit rate) add up quickly.
