Fallen Feeder Driver Remembrance

By now, a lot of you may be aware of the tragic accident that occurred in the early morning of Tuesday, October 17, 2017. For those of you who may not know, our UPS family has suffered the tremendous loss of one of our brothers. Terry Lee Sawyer had a terrible accident on the UPS San Antonio yard that unfortunately cost him his life. Terry was 59 years of age and had well over 20 of service with our family. Up until now, he had spent most of his career in the Package delivery operation. He recently (two weeks ago) gained his seniority in the feeder department after being a back-up for about a year and a half. Terry had a heart of gold and would do anything to help anyone out. He touched many lives with his kind soul, friendly smile, and positive attitude. Terry left behind his lovely wife, two great sons, and a wonderful daughter. In our efforts to help his family as much as we can, we have set this up with the hopes that our UPS family and friends can help minimize the stress of this tragic loss that his family is going through.
