Medical & Family Expenses - Faith Gable

One of our Altar Servers, Faith Gable, has been diagnosed with a rare neurological disease called Moyamoya disease. Moyamoya disease is a rare, progressive cerebrovascular disorder caused by blocked arteries at the base of the brain in an area called the basal ganglia. The first symptom of this disease is often stroke, or recurrent transient ischemic attacks (TIA, commonly referred to as “mini-strokes”), frequently accompanied by muscular weakness or paralysis affecting one side of the body, or seizures. Faith has been transported to Boston where she is undergoing tests and waiting for surgery. Her family is staying with her in Boston, causing a huge financial strain on the family.
