1)Hope this letter finds you in best of your spitits. We are having an orphanage home that takes care of the orphan children in the region of the Telangana, India. This region is scarce in the child health care facilities specially for whom no one is there in family to support financially. We have been running this orphanage home for providing shelter and educating the orphan children while providing them excellent living and other amenities. We have come to know about the agenda to support such activities in this region to take part in the local social development. In this regard we humbly offer you to sponsor and support our initiative through our projects.
2) I am writing to appeal to your kindness on their plight and to participate in making the lives of the less fortunate children at this home. There are about 150 children between the ages at birth to till they settled in this home who are lacking in nutritious food, clothes and education. They are neglected a lot by our society as they are located in the Slum Area. Many of this home's children are orphans or dumped by their parents or relatives for one reason or another. Hence we would like to take an initiation in making their lives happy in part of that we are planning to provide food and clothes for them. We would like to request your kind participation through a generous donation to feed and clothe these children at our orphanage. The amount collected would go towards hiring a good nutritionist and cook who will ensure good nutritious food served to the children to improve their health. The total amount that would cost for this activity is around $20,000 (Twenty thousand Dollars ). As the amount is huge to we are seeking your Help. I hope you would help us in getting these children food and school uniforms and school fee Payment . Further collections will go towards proper school books, Buffalo animal (Milk Supply for little kids) proper shoes, blankets, Mats, Rice Bags and Groceries for orphan children.
