Fadi Khoury's Memorial Fund

On April 14th, our beloved Fadi Khoury passed away peacefully in his sleep. As we prepare to lay him to rest, we’re also navigating the immense emotional and financial weight of this sudden loss.

My father was truly one of a kind, a man whose presence lit up every room, whose laughter healed hearts, and whose loyalty to family and friends was unwavering. Everyone admired him for his rare childlike innocence and his deep, faithful heart. He treated everyone with kindness and compassion, and everyone loved him because he loved so purely.

As the eldest son in a large Lebanese family, my dad began working at the age of 16 to provide for his loved ones. He carried that responsibility proudly for decades, supporting not only us, his immediate family, but continuing to help relatives overseas whenever he could. His career, while humble, was a lifeline for us. We didn’t grow up with excess, but his hard work allowed us to sustain our home with stability, ensuring we always had our basic needs met.

Now, as we face funeral expenses and the abrupt reality of life without his income, we find ourselves in a vulnerable position. Though there are modest savings, they are meant to protect my mother’s future, and she deserves the space to grieve without the pressure of immediately returning to work.

We’re asking, with humility and hope, for any support you can offer to help us cover funeral and memorial expenses, ease the financial burden on my mom as she transitions into this next chapter, and honor the legacy of a man who gave so much, asked for so little, and never turned his back on anyone in need.

If you knew my father, you know how big his heart was. If you didn’t, we hope this gives you a glimpse of the man we are so blessed to call ours.
