I quickly discovered that the details surrounding Amanda's passing were INCORRECTLY relayed to the public, and nobody ever made any efforts to clarify the record with the facts. So, armed with the publicly-available records, I did just that. When I called these false, incorrect, innaccurate statements "lies," I got sued for defamation.
