Face's Medical Fund

Face and his brother, Icarus, are two of the most precious little dudes I have had the fortune of meeting, let alone being the owner of. Since 2009, when they were born from the same litter, they've spent every single day together. 70% of the time cuddling or rough housing with one another, always always always together. They've bewildered every single person that has had the opportunity to meet them and see them in their element. I've seriously witnessed peoples' minds explode while interacting with or simply observing these two cats together. People don't seem to witness this kind of trust and companionship in cats, but also, they have such distinct personalities and it's truly a unique spectacle. I mean, the main photo at the top...that's not staged. That's just what they do.

Face (The one on the left) has been in The Veterinary Hospital for the past 4 days (4/17-4/20). He has a common condition in male cats called a Urinary Tract Obstruction. His condition is so bad that he requires Perineal Urethostomy surgery. Walking out of this horrible situation, I'm looking at $6,000+ in hospital and surgical expenses...Mind you, I'm 25 years old making ends meet as it is.

While I'm not expecting for quite that high a number, I started this campaign to reach anything to help Face continue to grace my life, my friends' lives, and most importantly, his brother's life for as long as possible.
