Fabian's Medical and Living Expenses

Hello, my name is Fabian Schiff, I'm 49 years old and makes six years that I'm fighting this disease.

 

Living with a long-term disease raises new challenges to a person.

learning to face those challenges is a long process - it is not

something you get from night to morning.

 

My first diagnosis was testicle tumor. with a successful surgery they

could remove all the complete tumor.

 

Then in subsequent controls find metastasis with a growth of small

tumors in the iliac and retroperitoneal chain (near the hip)

 

There I had my first experience of chemotherapy, which although it was

effective for cancer but very destructive for my body that it

taken me to enough time to recover me.

 

We thought that everything had finished there, but last year I had a

strong convulsion that afraid us a lot, after several studies looking

for answer find a tumor in the head. (from the size of a golf ball.)

 

This time the panorama seemed worse since it was affecting the

mobility of the left side of my body. The tumor was growing fast and making pressure in the brain.

 

They made a surgery again and the tumor was taken out with success !!

 

At this time I am in recovery of the surgery waiting to put me a

little stronger to face a treatment that can help me to stop the

future growth of tumors in my body

 

I know that I am a strong person because I have had to face in life

with things harder than this cancer, and now I am stronger .. life is

something fragile and we also have to be willing to die when the time

arrives. but if you fight and overcome, you are so enriched that

nothing will be the same thing.

 

The problem now is that I was without money since all the treatments

and operations were very expensive and the medical insurance could not cover it all. I still can not work and I am not sure when I can do it

again.

 

For this reason, I appeal to the humanity of the people so that they

can help me to move forward with my life.

although you believe that it is little, what you can give is going to

be good for me ... I consider that when people join with a common

goal, incredible things will be achieved!

 

I accepted that I could die of this disease, however, I would try to

use all the means to count on every year more than I could.

I thought I had to address it in the best possible way and I consider

that asking for help is one of them.
