Marc’s recovery

As most of you are aware, Marc had a stroke on January 25,2018. The first 24 hours were touch and go.

I honestly thought that we were going to lose him.
but Marc is strong and he pulled through. He did amazing with his therapy sessions, made it through a major set back, where he had to learn everything all over again for the second time.

But, what we haven’t shared publicly, is that on June 13, Marc was terminated from his position after 10 yrs.  No compensation, nothing.  We have been fighting to get money that is owed to him, we have been fighting the government as well to get his disability. 
We now have to move by October 1st 2018 due to him being terminated. 
Marc is not the type of person to ask for any kind of help, and neither am I. But his former employer and the government have given us no choice in the matter.

To complicate matters, I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and I will be having surgery once settled. 

We are asking family and friends to help as little or as much as anyone can afford to offset his medication and legal costs. 

We we are asking from the bottom of our hearts. This is very hard for either of us to do.
