Jason was first diagnosed with Lymphoma June 28, 2014. He went into remission by January 2015. After chemotherapy and radiation.
On August 16th, 2017 he was diagnosed with Leukemia. After 5 different chemotherapies his Leukemia remains uncontrolled. He is currently waiting on another clinical trial and bone marrow transplant.
His disability has ran out, he has no income. With a family to support, a mortgage to pay, medical bills are adding up and prescriptions that are not covered by insurance, I am asking for your help and support to help Jason continue his fight against Cancer.
