Dear family , I come to you in a desperate time of need and ask that you take a few minutes to read this and understand my desperation..
I have had custody of my two youngest children 2 years ago.. b4 I took them in I was paying $100 a week in child support. After they came to live with me I stopped making payments to their mother. What i didn't know was she never took me off of child support and I was being charged for months to where I owed $2,000.00 in back support and I didn't even know . I'm in the process of getting them to take those charges off because I have proof from school records that show they have been with me the past two years. Their mother lied in court and said I only had them a few months. All of this lead up to the crazy situation I'm in now and I dnt know what to do
In nj if u have problems with ur landlord they tell u to with hold ur rent and force the landlord to file for eviction and when u go to court u have to deposit the rent money u have been with holding to the court.. only then will they hear ur case .. So that's what I did.. I held 3 months rent in my bank account put to the side until I got the eviction notice to go to court. I explained to the judge that I have my back rent in the bank and I'm prepared to deposit with the court.. he gave me 10 mins to go get the money. I go to the bank and they say my account was LEVIED BY CHILD SUPPORT!! Because of the money I was wrongly charged after I took my kids in was still a negative balance.. So my account is frozen by CHILD SUPPORT .. They told me I have to contest the levy and show extreme hardship which I have successfully done By showing them the eviction papers and the court date..they froze my account THEMORNING BEFORE and i wasnt even notified I won't have my monies deposited into my account until the end of this month! But since I was unable to deposit the money with the court my landlord is going thru with the eviction and if I dnt have $4,600.00 by the 12th of March me n the kids will b locked out permanently.. since they froze my account a two weeks ago I have been working my but off but i will b short $1,500.00 I make over $1,000.00 a week I simply do not have enough time to get the money b4 the 12th.. I'm begging you or anyone to LOAN me anything u can spare.. I promise u will be paid back in full b4 the month is over.. I'm doing my best.. I'm being penalyzed for being a good father and taking care of my kids.. I can send pics of the documents so nobody thinks I'm making this up.. I always pay my rent.. i just got caught up in a government attempt to collect from dead beat parents and I'm not that. I love n take care of all my kids.. PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME?? I HAVE NO WHERE TO TURN TO.. I CAN SHOW U RECORDS OF HOW MUCH I MAKE . I CAN PAY IT BACK BEFORE MY MONEY IS RELEASED AT THE END OF THE MONTH.. I CAN PAY BACK $500.00 A WEEK.. IF U CAN OR YOU CAN PLEASE REACH OUT TO LET ME KNOW.. I HAVE UNTIL MARCH 12TH OR WE WILL B HOMELESS.. I LIKE SAID I WILL HAVE SAVE UP $3,000.00 BY THE 12TH BUT I WILL BE SHORT STILL
