Backstory: 2010-2016
2010- Colorectal Cancer and surgery to remove 6" of the large intestine. Chemotherepy for 6 months.
April Fools Day 2016- Recurrent Colon cancer Stage 4 found in CT scan/blood tests shown cancer metastisised to abdomen after symptons reoccur.
2nd round of Chemotherepy 2016 for 6 months. Attempted HIPEC surgery performed Feburary 2nd 2017. Unsuccessful surgery after disease too widespread throughout abdomen wall to complete surgery. Spleen and pancrease surrounded. Stomach omentum removed and part of intestine splinted. After surgery, began having recurrent bowel obstructions and returned in and out of the hospital over the last 5 months. Deemed by medical establishment to not be canidate for surgeries in future, rather more chemotherepy and 1yr life expectancy as prognosis.

Sought holistic, non-invasive alternative therepies for cancer treatment as tumor blood tests slowly rise and rise and tumor presence steadily risen since 2016. Saw holistic Dr. in May 2017 and began a regiman of vegan diet, alkaline Kangen water, vitamin c (oral powder), coffee enemas (detox the liver), cbd enemas(kill cancer), and organic juicing to presumably shrink tumors and kill cancer cells. Blood tests have shown since Feb. surgery that tumor markers have steadily risen and risen with recurrent bowel obstructions scattered throughout.
September 2017, began seeing a new holistic Dr. who suggested an exciting therepy in cancer treatment called Dendritic Stemcell research where basically they send the blood to Greece and seperate the healthy cells from the cancer cells and feed each to see how and what makes them respond- then tailor a targeted vaccine accordingly. I am told Dr. Sloan has had 70% success rates with this treatment. This in conjunction with Vitamin C infusions intravenously, and a combination of previous protocols, is the new treatment regimen. With all this hope comes a stark reality as they are very costly, the Vitamin C infusions ranging at $2000 a month and the Greece research at about $10,000 total. The other monetary issue when dealing with alternative medicine is that traditional insurance does not cover it.
In conclusion, I am excited about the potential of these therapies, especially after being given dead-end doomsday news from the medical establishment, but being outside the conventional methods of the system one must pay out of pocket for healing and the ongoing fight with cancer and all of its ramifications. Although I have been Positive and Strong these past 7 years the numbers and tumors and surgeries have steadily been on the rise and time is ALWAYS of the Essence!!!! Hopefully these gracious and compassionate funds will help eleviate (and ANNIHILATE!!!!) the all encompassing devestation of cancer in not only my life but my friends and families lives as well!!
