Prosthetics are expensive, and not everyone can afford to buy one; specially in sports. My goal is to encourage aspiring athletes the need for equipment in order to pursue a dream of liberty that most amputees live without. I-P wants you to believe that "I AM Possible". I truly believe that you can do ANYTHING that you put mind and efforts into.
My name is Prince Gerard Mahboubian. I am a left Below Knee (BK) amputee. I never thought I would have been able to do, what I have already done in my life. I have attained 7 degrees, working on #8 as a Bachelors Degree in Physics fall of 2021 at CSUN. This is in attempts to keep on an even bigger goal of gaining a Bio Mechanical Engingeering Degree. My goal in this is not for the degree, but rather, what to do with that knowledge. With Wisdom comes Power; And with Power comes Responsibility. I, ultimately, wish to create better fitting prosthetics with more capabilities. Although we have advanced in prosthetics and orthotics to our present moment. We have not hit the climax of our inventive climax in that field. Much less being able to apply these products into people's lives around the world. I am a 5 time collegiate athlete who lives as exercise as being a lifestyle. I have felt the discouragements of what once was and is now no longer. I can't imagine the emotional sacrifice one must bare to want to be great, and yet be held back by physical abilities. That is why I wish to help others on my journey to create possibilities. I am here to empower the human potential.
