Help me purchase my dream home

My name is Monique, and I’ve always wanted to own a home. Growing up, my single, immigrant mother who worked two jobs to put food on the table and a roof over her children’s heads could not afford to purchase a home. She did everything she could, and encouraged my siblings and I to educate ourselves so that we may have a better life. I’ve made my mother happy by completing my Masters degree, but I want to make her PROUD by owning a home.
