Rebuilding after Hurricane Odile

My name is Tim. I spent near twenty years building a little home for myself on the East Cape of Baja California Sur, only to have much of it taken away by Hurricane Odile on the night of September 14th. Michelle and I spent the night in a safe room, listening to everything falling apart and breaking up around us. We emerged the next day into a new world. I spent the next two weeks attending to other houses in the community before another storm came in, because that is my job. But now I have to clear out all the debris at my own home and rebuild what was lost, stronger and more secure so this doesn't happen to us again. I lost most of my solar power system, which is my only source of electricity. I also lost most of my musical equipment, which is my greatest source of happiness. If you can, please help.
