Top Surgery Fund

My name is Nicholas Lipman (formerly Caitlin Lipman) and I am a female to male transgendered person. This means I suffer from gender dysphoria which can come in many forms. So my main issue with my gender dysphoria is honestly the presence of breasts on my body. I very recently started hormones and that is very exciting (and expensive), however my main concern is top surgery. There is only one doctor in Indiana who does the surgery and my insurance will not cover any fees pertaining to top surgery and the lady in Indiana charges somewhere around $8000. I have been shopping for surgeons and the lowest I can find is $6000 in another state. And I would rather not have to travel but If it gets me what I need then that's fine.
I am just asking for anything really. This will be completely out of pocket for me since insurance will not cover anything. Anything helps. If every one of my friends contributed $5 I would be golden.
