Molly's Medical Mission to Haiti

Hi there, friends and family.  From November 8 through November 15 of this year, I will be going to Haiti on a medical mission with Project Medishare http://www.projectmedishare.org/ .  I will be bringing medical supplies and volunteer nursing at the Hospital Bernard Mevs Project Medishare in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, which provides the country's only trauma and critical care services.  

In order to do this, I will be taking a week off of from my job at Phoenix Children's Hospital and paying out-of-pocket for airfare, hotel in Miami, vaccines, and a donation to the organization to cover my room and board in Haiti.  Altogether, this amounts to almost $1500.00 which is why I am raising money now!  I am donating $100 of my own money and hoping to have the remainder covered by the proceeds of this fundraiser.  Any additional money raised will be directly donated to Project Medishare to bring additional medical supplies and services into Haiti.
