Help my wife come home please

My wife had a brain hemorrhage one week after our son was born in 2012 and has been in a constant care facility ever since. We want to bring her home but she will need to be cared for because she lost use of her right side and her ability to speak. She was going to physiotherapy twice a week but now we had to stop that because my medical coverage only covers up to $500.00 a year and her bill is up over $5400.00  on top of that we have her other medical bills that the government won't cover. I want to try and raise enough money to pay off this bill and maybe enough to continue her physiotherapy because they do expect her to walk again, it will just take time. I also hope to get her into speech therapy so she can learn to speak again.
We have two children who need their mother home with them, Hannah who's 5 and Declan who's 2 1/2 now.any money would be so appreciated thank you an god bless
