<div>On Saturday, October 25th, F45 Leederville is hosting a workout event in support of the Blue Tree Project, a WA-based charity dedicated to sparking conversations around mental health and breaking down the stigma that stops people from speaking up. From 6am to 3:30pm, our studio will come alive with 9 back-to-back one-hour classes, live music from a DJ, delicious eats from local food vendors, and exciting giveaways throughout the day. Together, we’re aiming to raise $10,000 to directly support the Blue Tree Project and the incredible work they do in helping individuals, families, and communities open up about mental health. This event is more than fitness—it’s about standing together, showing support, and making a real difference.
