Hi all!
I would like to start off by introducing myself and telling you a little bit about who I am and what I bring you all here for.
My name is Briana Briseno, I am twenty years old and currently enrolled at Chico State University in Northern California. I am starting my fourth year here as a Nursing major, with a minor in Nutrition. I plan on graduating with a Bachelors in Nursing and then continue on after to gain a Masters degree.
As a Nursing student here at Chico State I have been offered an amazing opportunity to spend time in Central America exploring both their health care and culture.
This trip will be focused in Costa Rica, we will be making visits to local hospitals, orphanages, and clinics for the indigenous. With this trip I hope to gain more practice and experience with my nursing skills, as well as, a better understanding of different health care systems.
As we all know nothing in this life comes free. I ask you all to help me fund this trip to Costa Rica by making a donation. Any amount helps!
