Our dear friend is very sick.
In 2016, Jamie Smith was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma in the oropharyngeal area of the throat. With a pacemaker implanted and currently undergoing chemo treatments, Jamie is weak and although fighting valiantly he has been unable to work in his business the past several months. His savings are depleted and things look very bleak at this point. We can help change that!
Jamie is the devoted father of two teenage boys, who lost their mother to cancer six years ago. A few years ago he started devoting his life to helping people live healthier lifestyles. It was at this point in his life that I met and began working with Jamie. I soon began to resonate with his love of family and deep concern for others' health and well-being.
As a Canadian, most of Jamie's medical expenses are thankfully taken care of by the government so my goal is to raise $25,000.00 to help him maintain his mortgage, utility payments, schooling and pain management as well as take care of the day-to-day living expenses for him and his sons while he battles this horrible disease. And so you know, the funds raised here are going directly into Jamie's bank.
