MN NICE Tuition for Matt Cawley

Hello! In case you don't know me, my name is Matthew Cawley. I am a potter and actor based in Minneapolis, MN. In pursuit of the arts, I have applied for and been accepted to the MN NICE (Minnesota New Institute for Ceramic Education) program through the Northern Clay Center in Minneapolis! This is a new program that I am hoping will really jumpstart my career in the Ceramic Arts.

The money from this fund will be used to help me pay tuition as well as help me with a few materials that I will use throughout the program. The program goes through June, so if you can't afford to support me now, we have 10 months of this journey to go!

I'm really excited for this program to help me learn more about being an artist. I have been pursuing the arts in different ways for over a decade, and I am really excited to continue the conversation in such a specific way. I'm hoping that the people involved in this program will really help to bring me into the ceramics community, and provide me with the means to find the details that will help to complete the big picture.

This program is a big step for me, and I'm nervous about it. I want to complete it and work hard during and after the program, but I don't think I can do it alone.
