Hacienda Employee Assistance

Friends of Hacienda Cocina y Cantina:

In the wake of Hurricane Odile, we've been encouraged by the quick actions of the community and the amazing response we've had from friends - both near and far - regarding our well-being. We're happy to report that the restaurant didn't sustain much damage, however the homes of many of our 74 employees and their families, totaling more than 300 members, were directly affected by the storm.

Many of them sustained losses such as clothing, supplies and food. Unfortunately some were harder hit and lost their entire home, along with all of their belongings. Our Hacienda team members have rallied together and are working with fellow employees and their families to assist in replacing items, repairing the damage, and rebuilding their houses.

All of the money we raise here will go toward this effort and directly into the hands of our employees to assist them and their families in putting their lives back together.
