Leadership Program for At-Risk Israeli Teens

I love playing basketball. This year I had the chance to attend Tamir Goodman's basketball camp. As a coach, he teaches kids more than just basketball skills. With the help of my parents, as I prepare for my bar mitzvah, I decided to help other students in Israel have the chance to learn from Tamir, too.

Your donation will help me fund a mini-camp for at-risk youth in Israel. Over three days I'll join them for basketball, leadership and life-skills workshops, and cross-fit training at the Jerusalem YMCA.

Please help me reach my goal and share this experience with Israeli kids.

American Friends of Maagalim Inc: working with Maagalim Israel aims to motivate and encourage at-risk youth to succeed while providing the necessary tools for them to leave their difficult environment and cope with the challenges of life. http://en.maagalim.org/

Tamir Goodman: Tamir was dubbed by Sports Illustrated magazine as the "Jewish Jordan", is a former American-Israeli basketball player. He is recognized in the US and Israel as an outstanding coach, educator and motivational speaker.
