Ezra White Esophagus Repair

Hi family  and friends. If you haven't heard, sweet Ezra has joined the  White family! Warm arms welcomed him February 25 and they enjoyed a brief time together before realizing that he was not able to swallow correctly. A quick trip to the E.R. ended up being a flight to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City and a lengthy hospital stay, with no clear discharge date in sight. 

Ezra was diagnosed with Esophageal Atresia and a Tracheal Esophageal Fistula. He was able to have surgery, but now it's a waiting game to see if he will need a repeat or simply wait while nerves and muscles learn to work together. 

Callie and Gavin feel blessed to have most of the medical aspects covered and have emphasized that they have felt the healing comforting power of all of your prayers on their behalf. The services provided for their family have been generous and kind.

Multiple trips from their home, time off of work, staying near the hospital, healing away from home, and eating near the hospital are the main expenses I would like to help them with.
